hello everybody,
I decided to write a food journal of my journey raw today. It will help others to eat more raw food and help me stay accountable. Now that the weather is getting a bit warmer and we are heading into Spring, it will be easier to transition without feeling so cold.
Feb 11
1 pint of celery, carrot, apples, chard and lettuce juice
a bunch of kale and spinach chips with lime and honey
1 banana
one litre of celery, carrot, apples, kale and lettuce juice
apple, avocado, tomato salady...my favourite
banana
I met a friend who has started a a vegetable food co-op with the SFU sustainable development office...good for her...she suggested that I put my name on a list for an $8 bag of local produce at the end of the month ! this is awesome. I feel so much support.
